- Spooner Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District -
$23,825 DNR Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) Control Grant –
Established Infestation Control Project. The total cost of the
project is $32,225. The local match is being provided by in-kind
work through District volunteers. The project scope is to survey,
monitor, and treat established stands of curly-leaf pondweed.
The District will also be able to use a portion of the grant to
fund the purchase of a new Dissolved Oxygen meter and GPS handheld
unit.
- Village of Spring Valley - $261,840 CDBG Public Facilities
Grant to assist with street and utilities cost for the Spring
Valley Assisted Living and Nursing Home Project. The total project
cost is estimated at $9,278,600.
